I have retired, effective as of year-end 2019. I am leaving this page up to allow former clients to contact me and as a repository for my HOA Mini Report. During my practice I gained broad
experience in real estate and business transactions, and spent 27 years practicing at large firms in
Seattle and Spokane and 7 years in a solo practice. My practice focused primarily on commercial real estate matters,
including negotiation and preparation of leases, purchase and
sale agreements, loan agreements and opinions, easements, REAs and covenants for commercial
and residential developments and master documents for leasing and sale
transactions. In my solo practice, I also represented homeowners associations located throughout
Eastern Washington providing advice on governance, enforcement and
collection matters.
